Very nice, and quite fun. I like the not-so-anthro feel of your shark character. Makes him look unique and very fantastic, like something out of legend or folklore.
The clothing, the tattoo and the staff are also beautifully done, and it adds to the fantastic feel.
Lastly, the MAGIC ROCKS!! Heh, nice effects and nice sound.

Bug(s): you only need to press down to create a 2nd magic animation. Also, after releasing the down button, the 1st magic animation plays again.

Heheh, nice work.. The tweening is really smooth.. I like it especially when it moves from the normal stance to just bending down.. and the attacks' sound effects are awesome..
