I know nothing about Captain America, other than he's dead and he was on the Justice league. And personally I like Batman over all the other DC Comic book heroes.I figure Sari and Bumblebee got sick of Sentinel being a dick, so for Halloween they painted him up as the Cap while he was recharging. They did a good job; even Ultra Magnus got a smirk (mostly from the ridiculousness) before telling his 2IC off for being 'Out of Uniform'. Jazz probably has the images framed for posterity.
Also, no fancy BG for Sentinel Prime. I don't like him and it's 3:20 am. That and I'd stuff up any rendition of the U.S Flag (I am Australian after all).

Weird, I did this exact thing, only in toy form rather than art form. I had an extra Captain America shield that I gave to Sentinel.
