very beautiful! But you should let the "spots and dots"-layer merge and blend with the fur layer, because this way it looks like two different things.

looks pretty good, i wish i could see a little more of the hair detail, but still very good, if you want a hair tutorial, i know of a couple of good ones that would fit this style perfectly, just im me or note me, great job
