The shape of the face is very very well defined, and again, amazing use of values. Her lips look very realistic with the colors and highlights you used in it!
I would reccomend using a smaller brush for details like the eyelashes and doing a few strokes in the hair to give it a more natural look. The ear also looks a little off. The colors make it look flatter than the rest of the face. The painting looks pretty messy,with a lot of edges not connecting and some parts being sharply cut off. I think if you made it look 'neater' it would improve the picture drastically.

wow this is very well done, from the thumb I thought it was a traditional painting. Personally i can't draw people, they alway's look funny, but you did it very well, perspective is perfect, as well as the placement of her features, and the shadows & hi lighting are also awesome.
