It's taken me a while to decide but I've been imagining Arcis talking with a lyrical fast-paced Northern Irish accent to Tarynn's more sombre Polish voice. Thoughts?---------

Hahaha! Arcis's unamused expression through the panels here just killed me, especially the one where she's riding in Tarynn's waist-cloth.
You gotta hand it to Tarynn though: her self-control is exceptionally well-developed . . . unlike certain other parts of her . . . sorry, sorry, that was awful and I feel awful.
Anyway, stellar work on this comic as always from you. The characters remain fantastically expressive, and the bit where they tried various ways for Arcis to ride along was clear and easy to follow. Great stuff!

It can be rough finding places to carry someone at times....but ouch...just OUCH. Poor Tarynn really taking so much abuse from Arcis nonstop! Tarynn's patience has been beyond that of a saint...I'm really curious if she can keep this up though haha.

She is suicidal I would say but something in her mannerisms makes me think her arrogance is actually her real persona unfortunately

I'ma be honest, I typically don't like Felarya comics. I tend to find the main characters pretty unlikeable for various reasons. But Tarynn in this comic is aggressively likeable in this, despite the fact that she'd probably eat any other prey she got her hands on, and the dynamic between her and this living saltshaker is really fun to watch. I'm actually genuinely really interested to see how this story continues. Will Tarynn give in and eat the elf girl, probably becoming even more cursed? Or will she do the right thing and help her, probably getting literally nothing out of it? Either way, keep up the good work!

Nice piece. I especially like the way you've broken up the panels in the center, and it's great that you've found a rationale for the otherwise common "little being stuck in a giantess' cleavage" scenario. Regarding the voice - it's not the stereotypical snooty nobility accent, which is great, and although I personally have somewhat of an idea what that should sound like, perhaps you have something specific in mind (like a popular character from film or TV?) that would help us envision it more precisely.
Were you planning on changing the text to reflect this accent in future strips?

And I hadn't planned on it, partly because if people have their own ideas of what these characters sound like I don't want it to be distracting, and partly because I'm a bit too dense to know how to write text to sound like a Polish accent

Well, as I said, I think its great that you've chosen a voice for Tayrnn that is not the typical anime "snooty upper-class accent" (I am thinking Cecilia Alcott as the total stereotypical role-model here). And I agree that it's quite difficult to word text in a way as to reflect a specific strong accent.
On a bit of a tangent, a fellow I met at writer's meetup who just had a book converted to audio-book format, commented that it was surprisingly inexpensive to hire a professional voice actor to do the reading (complete with every imaginable accent). The only issue was if you have half male, half female characters in a story, you have to choose which sex you want to do the reading, but since this story seems to be all female so far, it would seem to be ideal. Maybe you could do a voice acting + slideshow format. What that would get you in the end, except for a lot of folks in the community (like me) thinking it was a cool piece of art, is unclear. But anyway, nice work.

It's interesting you mention that, that idea did cross my mind the other day! I planned for individual voice artists for individual characters but that would double costs I suppose. So far I've had a very one sided gender split but I do plan on getting some men in there at some point. I would love to be able to 'hear' my characters in real life rather than just in my head but it'd probably take more legwork to organise that I can necessarily commit.
Out of interest did your fellow mention any specifics of the process? Or have you looked into it at all for your characters?

Usually the character archetype that Arcis is starts out being rude and unlikable, but eventually portrays redemptive qualities and becomes beloved.
But at this point, this little elf is so unequivocally, unrelentingly, insufferably vile I see no way you're going to be able to write her out of this pit of venom she is currently wallowing in.
That is, assuming you plan on doing so anyway.

Also the 'lyrical and fast paced Northern Irish' accent is both what I'd picture for BB as well (sounding almost exactly like Jacksepticeye actually) but it's also a lovely choice.
