Force Fields of various shapes or sizes to protect herself or others around her, this also being used for space travel. Energy Constructs of violet energy that can be anything she can think of or imagine providing she has mastery of love. Limited Celluar generation to heal minor injuries to herself and others. Electromagnetic Scanning of anything that can be imagined. Material Alteration, to make her uniform appear and disappear over her civillian attire at will. Avarice Immunity, immune to the Orange Light of Avarice users.

Background:
Born to Chay-ara Hol and her General Bashari of Ancient Egypt, Shait was a Princess of the proud culture of Eath blessed by Thanagarian technology. Her parents were poisoned on her step-father, Katar Hol's unspoken wishes and she was left alone. Shait being the remainder of her mother's memory, Katar took the young girl in and raised her as his own in love of Chay-ara.
When she became of age to rule alongside him, Katar wanted to make Shait his new bride in her resemblance to her mother. Before she could answer him an army attacked the palace under siege and Shait took part in the battle. During the fighting her sword of Nth Metal was broken and Katar gave his life to protect hers. His love for her, combining with the love her parents shared awakened the Violet Light of Love within her.
The Star Light's power being sparked out of her copied itself in the Star Sapphire that she left behind as she was transported 8000 years into Earth's future. Reappearing in the strange new world of 2008 she was picked up by the Justice League and brought to the Watchtower.
There she was reunited with the reincarnations of her parents Shayera Hol better known as Hawkgirl and Green Lantern, John Stewart. She trained with John Stewart to help hone her lantern like powers and also helped fight in the Thanagarian Invasion alongside both her parents. After the invasion she left with Shayera to Dr. Fate's home as she tried to reignite her parents' love. Shait went with Shayera upon her return to the Justice League. She changed her name from Shait Hol to Skye Stewart in honour of her parents' union in their new lives in her quest to get John to see his destiny of being with Shayera and for them to acknowledge the love they share for each other.
To assist in her training and when she's not giving assistance to the League, Skye is put on the Team as well. She joins them for more training and to help with missions. On missions for the Team Skye is regularly partnered with her fellow member, Avalon.

An interesting concept bringing in a Star Sapphire like ability set into a character that is related to the original Chay-era and Bashari. I'm thinking you were inspired by the Hawkgirl/Hawkman originals that formed the Sapphire Heart in the comics? Its certainly cool bringing that mythology from the comics and working it into the DCAU universe, connecting Shayera and John's strong love to the Star Sapphires.
Are her wings Organic though? I was wondering because I think Chay-era's and Katar's were non-biological rather than organic like Shayera's 8000 years later. I think organic wings were a recent advancement for Thanagarians in the last 1000 years or something. I'm not sure though and I can't remember where I read it either so don't hold me to that XD

Thanks for the comment. Yeah I was deffinitely inspired by how the Sapphire Heart was made and ussed the love triangle since I enjoy Ancient Egypt.
I made her wings organic ones. They look real enough on the episode Ancient History of the AU but since I have sight problems and I haven't found info on it I'm not 100% sure Chay-ara's were or not. Either way she can still fly, whether they're nth metal or organic can be left up to the viewers I suppose.

Her abilities are overpowered...... the stats shouldn't be like this.
Her strength is too high, nothing of hers would be able to increase the strength this high.
She is kinda too smart as well.
how fast can she go? fast as superman or flash?
and if she is using the star sapphires ring then she can't really choose to get out of it or not, since love would technically control her. its not like the green lantern ring.

For her stats I had trouble figuring it out since I have vision problems and there wasn't really a set out template on how the stat system worked. Think of her stats as compared to other Thanagarians. She isn't using a Star Sapphire ring but something I created called Star Light. An original source for the Star Sapphire or she is like a first Star Sapphire. Since it's been theorized the Star Sapphire energy source was created by the love of Hawkman and Hawkwoman in the first place or in the case of DC AU Hawkgirl and John Stewart's past lives in Ancient Egypt. The manifestation of having so much power activate inside her was the cause of her time travel to the future, not the Star Sapphire. Which brings me to her age. She is really only in her 20s. She came from 8000 years in the past, she didn't actually live for 8000 years. Which is why I say she's 8000 chronologically or technically because she was born 8000 years ago, she hasn't actually lived for that long. The Mind Alteration power, like her other powers I got off of the DC Database wiki, it said nothing about this being related to the crystalization. Being birdlike at times is more liking to sit or perch up in high places or swooping down in an attack, it's more the actions she takes than being actually birdlike. Hope that helps to clear things up. These are just my ideas and she is my character, you don't have to like them or her.

Thanagarians don't have superhuman abilites, but the Nth metal increases there durability and strength and stuff.
You do know the star sapphire originally came from space. and if this power or gem that she had came from the love by Hawkgirl and john stewert pass self. why? why did it happan? why this love, why not other affairs of true love in history?
she has power? like what kind that was so strong that it could rip time it self? or create some kind of worm hole? cause i'm going to tell you thats very difficult to do.
well saying she lived for 8000 years even though she time jumped is no offense kind of stupid. Think about it, technically she didn't live for 8000 years she time jumped while on the other hand captain america could be said that he lived for 100 something years and still look young cause he technically lived through the years.

My vision is half of what you have. Her powers come from love, she's similar to a Star Sapphire but not one, why she has such power, because her parents love is so strong and wanted to protect her so it sent her into the future. Time travel is a very common thing in the DC world and is not impossible. Love is a very powerful thing and can transcend time and space and as for John and Shayera's love I am using the episode Ancient History of Justice League Unlimited. The source for the Sapphires is the love of Hawkgirl as mentioned on the DC wiki page since I am using the DC AU it stands that these ideas are in the world of probability, are they not? As for her powers all of them are from the DC wiki page either on Hawkgirl's page or the Star Sapphire Power Ring page. She does a Star Sapphire like gem, it's on her armor over her chest if you're too blind to see it. If you're os keen on answers maybe you should to do a little more research in the areas I specified rather than go around trolling people's DC and Marvel characters on DA.

I'm legally blind my glasses don't correct my vision and I have trouble seeing in a few different areas. So yes my vision is probably worse than yours. It is 20/200 if you want to ask an eye doctor how bad that is.
Love like magic is a very powerful unexplained thing by science and logic. DC has many unexplainable things through magic that just happen so why can't love be any different. Hawkgirl was in love with Hawkman yes but she fell out of love with him and fell in love with John, it does happen which is why people cheat. Star Sapphires need love yes but it can be any type of love that they hold within themselves. And again my oc is not actually a Star Sapphire but similar to one. But if you can understand how great a power love can be then you must not understand love which makes me feel sad for you.

Not everything has logic. Creativity which is the essence to building characters is the opposite of logic. It may have logical facts to support it but creativity is the creation of NEW ideas. OCs are ORIGINAL characters and are not actually a part of the fandom since fans make them up. If they were complete logic of the fandoms they're made for then they wouldn't be OCs now would they. When done right ocs are also created over an extended period of time. They grow and change and are reworked as the creator comes back to them every now and then over this period of time. Creativity is the flow of ideas from the imagination and are not at all logical. Logic adds to an oc and helps build to them but the ssence is the creator's imagination. As they are not cannon the cannon of the fandom must be altered by the creator to fit their oc into a fandom for the way they have created. Which is where your way of looking at everything from only a logical view brings a problem. You are not able to see how cannon needs to be pushed aside here and there to make room for AU storylines created for original characters in the scope of the creator's creative imagination.

creativity is important for a character, though their is somesort of logic or reason why someone has something. You based it off a series, and creating something new to it is an original character. A original character is a character that you made and did not copy from else where. So even if you follow the rules their is no way your character is no longer yours. Plus I asking how can it work into the series, you think it can and I want to know how.
then what is wrong with thinking about how your oc is, if your okay with it by seeing its flaws or its pros. I am not telling you how bad your Oc is at that matter, all I am is asking questions.
Of course the essence of a character is creativity as I have said. their is no such thing as an alien race like Kyptonions or people being able to move that fast lengths. Though the logic of it all of how it could have happen.
But original character to be put in a universe with existing characters, they can clash and it would be a terrible mix. Like your Oc being based off a star saphire. Like how it would have happened because her powers come from an entity, and the fact she is the daughter from back, I wonder how one can use love that powerful to create something. And how I don't think Hawkgirl would marry J'ohnn back then because she loved Hawkman.

She has love but it was her parents' love that created the source of her power that lay dormant inside her until it was sparked by love. Hawkgirl and John were in love in the DC AU and in ancient egypt they were killed for their love. If they weren't intended to get together in DC before 52 then tell me where did Warhawk or Rex Stewart come from? You are trolling because whether or not you see it, constant barragement of questions is negative conduct. also how did the daughter get nth metal? probably not from the parents since in Egypt they always bury the belongings of the king or queen together.
Warhawk only exists in the animated series. he doesn't exist in the comics as far as i know. and even then there is no garentee that warhawk will exist now, since John claimed that he wouldn't follow the path future laid out for him.
