Description
she watches and waits... beyond proximus centauri she sits, awaiting those who dare to venture out to meet her...i have been experimenting with spacey images recently, and nebulas are a personal fave... so i thought i would attempt a nebula.

I've grown beanstalks to the clouds before.
There are gold coins up there. But they're all 8-bit, so they're fairly worthless unless you manage to get a hundred of them.
Now, nebulae... I am not so skilled at growing beanstalks of the proportions necessary to reach nebulae. But I'm certain I'll find stars there.

ah, how those spinny coins bring back memories XD
its been three months since i last played a game of any kind.
before that i played for two hours, once a week.
before that i played occassionally. five years ago i was a gamer to the core, i lived for the next big game.
then i woke up and remembered who i was. i had been in a strange place for many years, living only to collect these god-damn pixels and kill pixels and for what? what did i ever gain from it?
it locked out my ability to see anything out of the ordinary entirely. now im back and bigger than ever, I damn well know and remember what games THEY play and how they try to bolster our minds down in reality. well put though,
has to be one of the best thought out and original responses to my work i have heard so far.
kudos, sir.

Hey! So there IS a standing ovation icon!
I see where you're coming from, and while I agree you can't live your life for games, there are some great ones out there; games that tell a story unlike any other form of media.
Bethesda's games (Fallout, Elder Scrolls, etc.) are sweet choose-your-own-adventure games which are really open-ended and let you make all kinds of morally difficult decisions, and then force you to play through the rest of the game with the consequences.
That and I really still love old-school stuff; Zelda, Sonic, Castlevania, Metroid, etc.

wow thanks!!! i was hoping you would like it- i'm still getting the hang of digital art. i loved how intense the original photo was, telling a story all of its own-most stock is... well, stock. it looks like just a pose, the artist normally needs to bring the artistic side to it...but your pics tell the story themselves! this gave me a real challenge to try and make the whole thing look different enough to tell a different story.

yeah, i woke up and realised i had been half asleep for twenty-five years, despite all i have been through. my mind is racing ahead of me now, and im feeling kinda like a tornado passing over the land... its all beneath me. im becoming the zen master i have been aiming for.... and though im still only 25 im actually getting there now. everything i am creating is evolving as i do. like the new ID pic by the way, very pretty.
