cool lighting effect! was this at night, or sunset?

Night time long exposure.. F 3.5, 800 ISO, 18mm, 30 seconds.. the meta data says it was created at 10pm .. but I have to say that I think it was an hour or so after sunset around 7-8pm (time setting must be off)..
tripod mounted D80 with my 18-200mm VR lens with a cheap UV filter

haha, I don't think that "lost highway" can be explained at all... It's pretty similar to "Inland Empire" - a cinematographic rollercoaster, it just takes you for a crazy ride. But for some people it can be to much and they get sick from it. Others (like me) feel unsatisfied because of the plot which usually gets you nowhere.

yeah I am in the unsatisfied crowd.. I think "I didn't come to the movies to be confused and disoriented.. I would be on drugs if I wanted that".. it might be cool to watch if you were high or something
