Description
Some of my friends seems to be upset about the fact I don't do much Byzantine art these times. So I post this work I do for some time now.The fresco is Manuel Panselinos I choose it because it has the helmet
This can't be absolutely history accurate, because I use only the visual sources, so it's sort of guessing, but I'm trying to go quite litteral about how the fresco depicted the armor. This is work in progress so if you have some points about it I welcome you in the comment section.
Thanks!

wow I've seen some different Byzantine frescos and their quite antiquate more latin-ish tastes in armor mixed with persian vibes, but I've never seen a lamellar armor with a similar circular scheme, neat and neat interpretation too
I also always found intriguing the way byzantine knights liked to tie their cloaks, almost reminiscing the ancient roman and greek togas
