Description
Was playing with an idea for some time now and this was the result of a doodle.Thus far she is going to play as a mercenary for the Red Ribbon foundation and a potential love aspiration/interest for Goku JR and Vegeta JR.
As of now, she has no name or origin. I thought of making her Tien's decendant, but I might just omit that to make things interesting.
Ideas, critiques, and comments are always welcome.

BTW regarding you talk with Rage - Chaozu isn't human he is a puppet wanting to be a real boy! but he never did get his wish from the dragon
