so ya here is my wip on leanne wings ughhh I hate feathers !!! tomorrow I am going out to get flats for the edges and then ill cover those with little 1/2 rounds. and i'll add the straps ....... when i figure out how XDDDDI am pretty happy with the shape though I am kicking myself big time for fucking these up by accidently putting duck tape on the bottom edge of the chicken wire without thinking and I didn't catch it until I was covering it with feathers. FFFFFF oh well no back lighting for me bc my wings look like shitttttt in that ..... damn duck tape damn my absent mindedness

Guhh I need to learn how to work with wings for when I make the angels from Darksiders. Was it really time consuming?

The base took maybe 8 hours, Shaping all the feathers took me around 24 hours ( but then again I was being quite anal with them), and gluing all the feathers on was maybe 4-5 hours. I mean its not terribly time consuming but very messy and fustrating at times

feathers! O_0 interesting way to mount them...I'll have to steal that. hahaha I did the same thing the first time I made armor, used duck tape to hold it all together. drove me bug-nuts so I destroyed it.

ya I just covered the edges so that the sharp bits wouldn't poke through the chicken wire is actually twisted on the wire.

they arn't too heavy when straight up and down but its if it tilts when I get in trouble so idk for sure how the straps will work my dad and I are working on that.
