Description
This is one of my favorite characters in the Nintendo Mario games - runner-up to Goomba! As with making any papercraft sphere, placing and sealing the last piece is inherently tricky, but it's totally worth it!
It's sitting on a CD just so that you have a size reference - it's HUGE!!!
The model is by Pixel-Kakashi's, and the link is here:

Sorry, I don't. But this one is virtually the same as v1Β (but with a better unfold)Β and more paper friendly.

Thank you! This was a really early build, but it was heaps of fun and totally worth making. Have fun building it, and make sure to post a pic for me

With the feet, you start at the top and work your way down, ring by ring, until you get to the sole. Then with the tabs folded in at a 90Β° angle, you should be able to close that part and attach it to the main body.
Good luck.

I love it!!! but those feet are difficult :S
I'm trying but it won't fit
On the site you send, you can't see how to make the feet of this cute little bomb

Skele-kitty In reply to niekje-chan [2009-03-24 23:32:02 +0000 UTC]
Those feet are just glued on randomly - there isn't a real "correct" position. The best thing to do is to put the feet on a flat surface and then place the bomb on top
But you will need good glue to achieve this - normal stick glue won't be strong enough. If you can source it, I recommend Power Pritt Gel or Aleene's Original Tacky Glue.
Good luck.

I'm trying to get a pink one - just like from Mario 64, so maybe that one will be more printer friendly for you.

I think it could look alright, but in my case, I totally forgot about the key and only realized my error when I finished it, lol!!

Thanks
I think the key to making great looking papercraft is good glue - it's gotta be really strong and fast setting.
I use Power Pritt Gel - Mulitpurpose Extra Strong, it's like Superglue for paper!
