paste the screenshot, click on keyboard CTRL + shift + G (hold then let go when you get a small window loading called "Black and White")
then copy the picture by clicking CTRL+ C to MS paint

swipe by holding the right mouse button 
and if you picked the neon colors then pick the grey,black colors.
