Description
This is my OC Ally with yet another look. This is also for ~Tokikio 's Musical Inspiration contest.You can find the video of how I colored her HERE . The background music is the song that inspired me. It's mainly the first song but the second one inspired me as well. It's just instrumentals on this one. I will try to repost it without that stupid logo on it soon. In the meantime, enjoy!

Yeah, I'll have trouble with that. I had to download the song in order to find the correct version. It just wasn't on youtube.

I had my first song downloaded but I downloaded it from a weird site that I had never heard of before and Idk if it's known to a lot of people but it was a site I ran into while looking for free downloads of instrumental music on google. I think I bookmarked the site but idk which page it was on and how far back I'll have to go to find it.

I love thepiratebay!!!! You can find almost anything there! But I don't usually get music from there, it's more movies for me. But there was another site that I found a bunch of songs on and they were all free downloads.

Ok! Found the picture again! 
First, I want to start with the stuff that's awesome! Keep it up:
The anatomy!! *bows*
Sometimes anime get's really freakishly thin or awkward limbs, but the arms and torso look very natural, even in this more cartoonish style.
The hair!! *drools*
It looks great! The definition of the strands but also the style itself is cool!
Ok, the next thing is just a style issue I have. >.< Personally, I never like the eyes or eye brows to over the hair because, well, they don't XD. A lot of artist do this though, so if you like it, it's all good!
Now some stuff that might be helpful:
I can see the head is slanting down slightly, but the eyes seem to have a strange kind of alinement. If your program allows you, try flipping your sketch horizontally to get a fresh look and maybe see some mistakes.
Shading, i.e. the bane of our LIVES
Actually, this is really good! The only thing I would suggest is maybe a bit less contrast as she looks kind of alien in some parts (like her left arm) The placement is great though, and the color varies which is awesome!!
Background.
I HATE backgrounds.
So, I'm probably not qualified to talk about them. This one looks great! My only comment could be that the wave lines should also get closer together at the point in the horizon so that the sea doesn't look like it's climbing up the side of the picture XD
Oh! And I forgot to write this above, but I rally like the bow and the folds! Very good!!

Shading is annoying and stupid and should go die in a hole.
That being said I think it really makes a picture amazing >.>
This tutorial is AMAZING! It's actually about color but there's some shading in it and it changed my pictures almost instantly. I highly recomend checking it out: [link]
