None will ever come before or after Bowser. Cuteness-wise, evil-wise, or anything... A dragon, a turtle, and a pit bull has never been blended together so wonderfully. Who would've thought it would make such a favorable character. Sorry, I caught myself before I rambled on into the void. Speaking of turtles, this reminds me of something similar to the TMNT Movie (2). -Shrugs- nicely done though.

I do like the fading style on this. How you get further on the shell that you start using softer touches and that it still doesn't loose it's detail in the work of it.

He is most likely one of the missing turtles you don't hear about. Like Picasso, or something like that. But no this one is cool. His shell kinda reminds me of Be-bop from the TMNT's cartoon. But other then that. It's just awesome.

He's Tokka from "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2: The Secret of the Ooze".
The movie producers wanted to stay away from the cartoon, so they used Tokka instead of Bebop.
And the second movie is actually quite popular...
