Found this old girl on my computer this afternoon. Decided to finish it off since it was practically done anyways. I think these were supposed to be for keychains. But I don't really remember now haha
Always find chibi proportions very tricky :/

I'd say you got the proportions pretty much spot on for this piece. Not to mention that there's so much motion here as chibis go.
