Pretty badass, fwend! I havent seen many were-ponies.
Frame by frame isnt easy, and this project looks like some good time was spent on details, transitions and form.
The lines are clean and for the number of frames you have it looks pretty smooth.
(Side note: What program did you use to make this? I was lookin into Toon Boom.)
Cant tell if you drew wire frames for the body before the final product, just observation and not critique.
I cant pick out many things that would need improvement, youre already good with proportions, maybe longer transformations? I mean, when one's art is good, you wanna see more of it :3
Keep hammering at it, I would like to see more.
I'd be interested in hearing about his backstory and what triggers his were-pony side! Keep up the fantastc work!

Thank you! I'll admit, I use Photoshop CS6 for compiling this, and due to poor scanning, I had to cut out a good fifteen or so frames. I usually just free-hand draw the frames, and on the note of the backstory, I'll be making a short story.
