First im not sure what impact means...
Second i realy like this gif animation,but its a bit to fast in some places , i think you cud make few more frames in some places to slow down this "movement".
I believe the hair part cud have used a little bit more movement, but otherwise i think its realy good.
In some frames you can see few sketch lines ,but i dont think thats to big of a problem.
I know that making good animation aint easy ,but i believe this was done with love and i think its worth being proud of.

Okay, I really like this. I think you captured each stage of the transformation pretty well, but please do more focus on the wings; there wasn't enough detail in the bone structure. I think you should make the rib cage more pronounced and make the face narrower and a little more sunken. I would rough-up the hair a bit too, as well as the tail and over the hooves. I think the facial expression itself turned out really well; the fear and then more like anger. It's absolutely brilliant. Good teeth details too. Now please do a colored one! Keep up the great work

The movement you have is pretty smooth. The biggest thing I'd like to see is more frames just to make those change close up shots last a bit longer. Its just a bit fast, especially in the wings its kinda hard to even perceive what happens the first time you see it. Just a few more inbetweens to slow it down though and it will be lookin pretty nice. Also watch out about that neck motion in the last shot where her face changes. I see that shes huffing but the animation itself pops from image to image which takes you out a bit. If you add a few more images halfway between the images you already have there, it will move a lot smoother.

incredible I am not sure if this your first time animation but if it is I am stunned but it I love this kinda style there are no mistakes other than it being kinda shaky but that does not really matter but for a image by image animation I would say this is pretty dang good I must say tis all! k e e p u p t h e g o o d w o r k a n d s o m e d a y i t w i l l be w o r t h!

I hand drew the frames on 8x11 paper, scanned them in, then turned the frames into a video, then converted the video to a gif file.

It was three hours without constant distraction (for instance leaving school in the rain)
Total actual time was probably about four or five hours...
