Various attempts at drawing Mary Russell Holmes from the book series by Laurie R. King. Not...not too bad. A little cartoony but hey, whatcha gonna do. I gave her Milo Thatch's big round glasses and attempted to draw some Sherlock Holmes - esque clothing, but since my general experience with him comes from watching The Great Mouse Detective as a kid, I figure some research is in order. Still, a start.Blue makes me look more professional. And I like the happy little bee.

It's hard to tell, because I've never been good at the conversion between realist and comic, but I think she looks like me, so I say you've got her fairly well drawn.
