I like this. I would like to make a constructive comment in the warmest vein, though. I hope you don't take offense.
"Nyt"? Interesting, but as an enthusiastic reader I stumbled, wondering what the point was of spelling the word in that particular way. Your poem was powerful enough without something that seems a bit heavy-handed to me. Other than that, I very much enjoyed reading this.

wow! so little words, yet so heavy in meaning. suddenly i had in my mind, this picture of little kids spinning around in circles. a little reminder of how lucky the children are to be free, to know how to have uninhibited fun, to know what it's like to be genuinely happy. and the words...Soul, free. Role:be.....it's almost zen-like

As light and delicate as a feather, you say these words, Ruth, and they touch the basics within my soul.
Free to be me in the seeking. My soul trying to fly, learning, always, then turning, ever, and returning...it is so destined.
You teach me, Ruth, you comfort the struggle, you strengthen and nurture, even me.
Rest, confidence, challenge, all are mine in these excellent thoughts, like tender wishes, which light a spark of brilliant light within my soul....your words...they do all that for me.

I've checked in on your journal before and these words wrapped themselves around me back then. And still they hold magic when I read them. I especially love the first two lines:

Yes, I did read your journal and ok now it all comes together.
The free soul is the essence of a person, and what makes them. And our soul can't be bound together with chains it must fly free like a bird in the sky
The beauty speaks from within, as a bird precious in the sky, not in a cage.
The bird’s fly,
As cages rust,
My heart is happy,
And my soul comes first.
Between the clouds,
As choices,
All tend to cover,
All smother.
Feel free,
Like sunshine,
Through clouds,
And watch the birds,
Fly all around.
