Pertaining to how I brought my art supplies with me, all I did was buy a large laptop back with full compartments (basically, it's a mini-suitcase) where I could stuff my giant laptop (17.3") and medium size intuos pro inside without fear of items getting fudged during transit. I was able to keep my bag with me through the whole trip, as the bag itself is all black and meets my uniform regulation requirements (only black or very specific camouflage pattern is allowed to be worn with my uniform).
