A flat colored reference sheet commission for =vtforpedro of her character Yzara!Can you guys tell that I'm really digging these reference commissions? They take a while what with all the feedback that's passed back and forth, but I'm in love with the results. I learn something new every time!

This looks like it must have taken ages. It's so well done! Every single part of it.
I LOVE the different headviews on the bottom and the way everything is organized. I especially love how in the small little boxes, there are parts of the character sticking out of the box (like the head, or a fin or something). It adds a reaaally nice touch.
And then we get to the dragon drawings themselves. ;A;
I have no idea how you do it (magic) but your drawings are just SO beautiful! Your sense of anatomy is brilliant, and everything seems to make sense if these creatures were real. The body/wing ratio works out so nicely. Also...The way you draw wings in all those different poses. MMMM. <333

It took longer than I had expected, but only because of the amount of feedback that is required in reference sheets that aren't of my own characters. I'm very pleased with the result. C: I'm glad you like how I placed some aspects of the character outside the frames in areas, I'll keep doing that! Thank you again for the wonderful comment!
