This is for 's contest. We were supposed to do a comic of something from FF3, with our own touch.
I decided to do a comic of how the red butterfly (I always took her to be Mayu) knew to come let Kei out of the locked room where Kusabi was trying to kill him.

Plus, the opportunity to draw Reika when she's not stalking the halls to kill you sounded fun. I think that little library cage is like a ghost lounge, haha.

...And Kei looks a little too terrified, but that's because I don't like him. Girly-Man is the only character who hides from the ghosts! He's only useful for moving furniture. Like... literally. That was the only good thing he did in the whole dream, moving that heavy cabinet from in front of the door. xP

Had some fun with the color, here... I loved how the game made use of environmental factors like that, so I decided to run with it. :>

Edit: The text has been corrected. GAH! I thought Kei was a friend who had fallen in love with her the whole time, but he is her uncle. Ughhhhh. Horrible thing to get confused.
