I'm concerned about the situation in my country. Russian government is looking for enemies everywhere in order to distract attention of people from the real problems of Russia, while Putin's TV-propaganda is inciting hatred. Ukrainians are the fascists (no longer relevant, today we should hate Turkey =_= ), Turkey is a traitor, Europe reaps the fruits of its policy in the middle East and rot because of immorality and homosexuality, so we, Russians, were strongly recommended by our government not to visit the European and Turkish resorts (the highest Russian officials and their children have citizenship and property in rotten Western Europe and the hostile USA, but who cares? =_= ). Another wonderful thing - the worse Russia's relations with other countries are, the more harmful imported products become (well, you know, Russian retaliatory sanctions and cetera). Russian customs officers destroy tons of imported food on the Russian border - in a country, where many people barely have enough money for food and clothes - and then people poke around in piles of wasted food, trying to find something! I can't understand, as well as other Russians. And as usual, Putin and Russian government arrest opposition activists, condone the encroachments of the Church and the persecution of LGBT. Oh, I forgot, that in his new year speech President hinted, that Russians should be ready to protect motherland - in other words, "dear Russians, be ready to work as cannon fodder (as usual) in an effort to correct my mistakes!" Hell, no.

Too much hatred in Putin's propaganda, on Russian TV, too much hatred and lies. Our TV shows us mostly bad news from West, news about crimes of refugees in Europe, a cop from the USA, who shot a kid. TV tells us, that the USA secretly supports Isil. But in the Internet everybody can find out, that in Switzerland, scientists make new discoveries in physics and an american spacecraft takes pictures of distant planets. But Russia doesn't send spaceships on Mars or Pluto. Our science rots, the Church is trying to seep into the education of children, our economy is based on oil exports. On the Constitution day (12 dec) one of the founders of the Russian Constitution was arrested (among some other people) for a demonstration in support of Constitution. I'm so frustrated =_=

And this suffocating atmosphere of hatred. It is obvious that the government deliberately cultivates in us ignorance, fear, hatred. I'm afraid, that Russia rots from the inside, and it is unknown when will come the healing.
