Description
Time for some new Arkarino babies! This time, they’re regional variants of the Gothita line; I was sitting around and thinking, as one does, when I realized that Gothitelle’s name could easily be changed into Gothibelle, as in southern belle, which would fit the whole concept of Arkarino. So, of course, I jumped right on that and made these cuties!

General notes:
-I went with softer pastel colors for these guys as I wanted a light, airy vibe reminiscent of the southern belle aesthetic; this is also why I made them fairy types instead of psychic.
-There’s often a lot of lace and ribbons included in southern belle aesthetic dresses, so I added more ribbons to the designs. I kept them simple, though, and made sure they would match the existing bows.
-Gothibelle’s skirt is longer and fuller than Gothitelle’s. Similarly, Arkarinian Gothorita has a longer skirt than its normal counterpart.
