Koda walked back into the nook after being out for a bit, mostly relaxing by Palamino lake. He looked around the nook, mostly empty, and quiet. He was
about to head to his room to grab his trusty uke before heading to go outdoors once more but the smell of freshly baked cookies stopped him his tracks.
he felt his stomach growl and headed back down, it only took him one quick glance to spot Esmeree taking a tray of cookies out of the oven.

"Back to cooking I see." he joked walking towards the wyngling.

"Gah! Could you give me a warning! that's the second time" Esmeree whined as she put the tray onto the table. Koda couldn't help but laugh.

"Sorry, you're just too easy to startle."

"You're mean" Esmeree stuck her tongue out at the blue gro.

"haha, Maybe, anyway, so is this all you've been up to while I was gone?"

"Yeah, I found a book that had a cookie recipe on it."

"Figures, so, can I have some then?"

"Mmm... I don't know, You scared me so I don't think you deserve one" Esmeree taunted.

"Awe what, come on, Please? I can whip up some hot chocolate for it too,"

"Tempting, what else you got?"

"I can show you something cool I learned." Koda offered.

"alright then, you've got me, though you should still make some of that hot chocolate"

"alright I will" Koda said as he went to grab two cups before grabbing the necessary items for hot chocolate. Esmeree put some of the cookies on a plate
after they cooled enough to touch. She set them on the table before Koda placed the hot chocolate next to it. "I don't really know how to cook like you
but at least I know how to make these." he said with a smile.

"I mean hey, we can cook together later on this week or something." Esmeree said as she hopped up on a chair and grabbed her cup. Koda Sat down and grabbed
a cookie before taking a bite out of it.

"Yeah! sounds like fun" Koda grinned before quickly wiping his lips free from the crumbs.

"totally, anyway, so what's this cool thing you were telling me about?"

"Oh yeah, check this out." Koda said as he reached over near the steam, his glands glowing blue before he started to gather the steam into small droplets into his hand.

Esmeree slammed both arms onto the table "You learned how to condense water! When?!" She said excitedly.

"When I went to the germ covered pools." he joked as he directed the water back into his cup.

"What, the bath house, I'm telling you, it's a public bath house, wyngrew go in there dirty and they leech their germs everywhere" Esmeree said in disgust.

"Relax they clean it. sides it makes a perfect place to practice this."

"I thought you said you were just gonna relax though, you didn't tell me you were planning on learning more magic"

"I wasn't, it just made for perfect conditions though"

"I mean I guess if that worked for you, wait, you washed your hands before touching those cookies right?"

"uh.... yes?"

"KODA!"
