The pen tool may seem confusing at the start, but given enough time its as easy to use as any of the other tools at your disposal as a graphic artist. Despite the content, which is already interesting per se, I wanted to say the style of the actual tutorial is amazing! I loved to watch at it!

I think the style of the tutorial took the longest to get down. I'm a fan of old school comics and the layouts used, figured it could be tied into a tutorial effectively. We'll be going back to this style again in the future. Thank you for your input!

You'll find logo creation to be so much more fun when you can manipulate a base like a font so easily. Pair that with the shape manipulation tools in Photoshop CS6 and its an entirely different workflow with fewer steps.
