Description
A new minimalistic Visual Style for Windows 7---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What makes this Visual Style special is, that you are able to adjust
the color of the frames, the start menu and the taskbar
like in the standard aero visual style of Windows 7!
I kept the rest of the Visual Style monochrome,
so it is compatible with almost every wallpaper.

The pack contains two versions with different explorerframe.dll files:
next level solid - with Mac inspired frames
next level genuine - with Windows inspired frames
I highly recommend you to use the Chiquis shell32.dll files

Geniales Theme snipes, vor allem der solid style.
Hab schon lange auf so einen ohne Ränder gewartet der keine runden Mac Buttons hat.
Aber der Hide Blur Patch wirkt sich nicht auf die Taskleiste aus, oder ist das bei mir ein bug?
Wenn das immer so ist dann hat der style leider einen kleinen Fehler, das Popup in dem die ausgeblendeten Systray Icons angezeigt werden hat diesen verschwommenen Rand vom aktiven Blur.
Hoffe du kannst das noch ändern.
Ausserdem wollte ich noch fragen ob du evtl Lust hättest von dem solid Style eine dunkle(re) und/oder leicht transparente Version zu veröffentlichen.
Ich hab eigentlich dadrauf gehofft das dieses Theme fertig wird [link] aber der Typ hat aufgehört Visual Styles zu bauen.

Das Blur-Tool wirkt sich tatsächlich nur auf das Fenster aus, leider nicht auf die Taskleiste oder Startmenü...
Ich habe so viele Ideeen, aber leider nur so wenig Zeit
Als nächstes werde ich aber mit sicherheit einen dunkleren VS erstellen, mehr kann ich nicht versprechen

You can fix it with firefox by enabling the menu bar of the browser,
The only thing i can suggest you for chrome is to use a custom skin.
I recommend you "Glossy Blue" of "Greyscale"

Unfortunately there is no way to really fix this since "cut" the top frame.
If you however enable the menubar in firefox, it will still look nice

That's not a bug. Either you can use a different Firefox theme, or download [link] to adjust the tab height.

find a few things: [link]
from left to right:
- bad basic frames (some programs still use basic frames inside aero ones)
- taskbar: no way to tell which of the programs is the active one
- taskbar: unskinned gripper and chevron Vista Legacy > Taskbar & Tray Notify > Taskbar > Basic > Rebar > Chevron
- bad active and inactive caption color: Fonts, Colors & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics

I really messed up the frames in the basic versions so hard that i probably won't dare to change it
As for the taskbar, I did this initially. I know some people don't like it, but it's fine for me

the thing about the taskbar not being able to distinguish the active app is really confusing specially since I always have tones of apps and windows opened.
but it's not a big deal... I can always mod the theme myself a bit, for personal use of course.
