Description
Well i was helping babu last night doing this technique and since i've helped a couple of people do it before i thought i'd just make a tut of it and use that as reference instead of re-explaining it everytime XDThis tutorial is just basically about how to get the dots effect around characters or any other shape in pics. I used my own pic i did ages ago as an example and it can be found here >>> [link]
I did this during class today inbetween stuff XD;;; so sorry if any errors >___> i did it in CS but the stuff should be the same in PS7
anyhoo hope you find it useful :3

you need to invert your selection, i think its ctrl + shift + i to invert it, otherwise you can do it through the menu, i think select > inverse or something
