Legal Beagle figures out that Chemigal isn't perfect and has her... quirks... as she tries to recruit Chemigal into the Bureau of Superheroes (the BOS)...
Chemigal doesn't think she fits in with the other supers in the BOS as she lacks combat powers and abilities.
Well they'd go try again to get the fennec back in.
