Well some people may remember this old model as a WIP. I finally managed to finish it by deciding not to leave it half painted anymore.

Those who don't this is an extensively converted model. Typical of the stuff I do.

Yes, this is my ork army's battlewagon. Or at least one of them (due to the changes in looted wagon rules I run my looted leman russ tanks as battlewagons with a killkannon upgrade as their armor profiles are more similar). The base model was actually an ork trukk but I moved the cab over the engine and bulked up the back to make the thing look a lot larger. The Deth Rolla is magnetised and removable and the side gunner dude is too, there's a metal strip under the roof in case I feel like putting other add-ons to this thing like kannons or wrecking balls.

Little history of this model started over 8 years ago when I was goofing about in my undergrad years and it took me ages to get this thing painted. A joke with the other Singaporean wargamers was that the ork battlewagon was a "Garbage truck" (lup sup chia) as it is effectively a haphazardly built heavily armored ork vehicle.

So I got the idea to build mine as a garbage truck . It later became a larger joke of it being the "Ministry of environment combat garbage truck". So the thing was painted similar to that of a Singaporean garbage truck and the logos were actually used by the older generation garbage trucks in Singapore (when they were still operated by the ministry of environment)

Including that frog logo.

Red paint... on inside of truck, cause why not. didn't say that your red-paint job needed to be on the outside right?

Got lazy else I would have considered modeling a grot garbage collector guy at the back with some trash bags. Also needed the space at back to actually put models in so I don't have to put everything off table.

Combat wise this counts as a battlewagon (duh), with a single big shoota (so that it can be picked off by damage results ) and either reinforced ram or a deth rolla (as said, it is magnetised). Open topped vehicle (obviously)

I actually used this model very often in it's half painted state. But I finally got sick of that and now it's fully painted
