Last quick test for 2013, this is just Faveral's Medieval Docks with Dreamlight's LDP Pro-R light rig and Photoshop. I'd always been hesitant to buy it because Dreamlight is all about hyper-realism, which isn't always useful for more fantasy-style artists like myself. Today it was sale for $10 though, so I thought I'd give it a try and this was my first result. Actually pretty surprised with how much of a fantasy look I was able to end up giving the very cold and sterile original combo render, and this is literally just the default scene dropped in and rendered (which is why the window materials are broken).

You'll need an English copy of Photoshop to use LDP Pro-R if you also decide to give it a try, as it uses an English action to combine the multiple renders.

My vacation from 3D art may be coming to an end...not going to promise anything, but I'm definitely giving it my best. Thanks very much for taking a look!
