fallout 4 isn't out yet and that's not a vault 111 vault suit

...so this is not a fallout 4 cosplay, just a New Vegas cosplay of an NCR elite ranger

...a damn good one at that

Actually, that's either the Advanced or Elite Riot Gear from Lonesome Road. The NCR Veteran Ranger gear doesn't have those shoulderguards.

Still good work, though.
