Cat-Imps are a subclass of imp within the Lesser Demon Ranking.

Average Size: 2-4ft | 8-10lbs

They're notorious kleptomaniacs and pyromaniacs with an insatiable curiosity for anything that moves. Like all imps, they have a rotten temper and a bad sense of humor, with a particular fondness for slapstick. They have a lot of habits and mannerisms that are very much like a cat if it was crossed with a monkey. They are easily tricked, and not particularly strong individuals. Their real threat comes from their tendencies to form massive clans or swarms, an act of aggression on a single Cat-Imp could cause an aggressive chain reaction from the thousands you didn't see hiding in the shadows. This chain reaction does not occur if one cat-imp hurts another cat-imp, resulting in a lot of inter-clan drama and slapstick humor.

Their tails, hands and feet are black because they are almost always singeing their fur on their fire endeavors, resulting in the limbs of Cat-Imps being numbed to pain. Unlike fire-imps, cat-imps need to craft the fire themselves, usually by stealing it from the fire-imps. Cat-Imps are the most intelligent out of all the imp subclasses, which isn't really saying much.

They come in a spectrum of darker colors, from black to blue to purplish-red. They always have long fingers for grasping, and are characterized by their devilish, long, side-ways pointing ears. They usually look like someone stretched parts of their body like a toffee, the most common elongation is the neck, tail, and body, however there are imp-cats with stretched limbs as well. They have a metabolism like a lit furnace, and need to eat a lot, it goes without saying that getting fat as an Imp-Cat takes a lot of effort.
