Yep, Izm and .D smooching. This is what I referred to in Redback's Weakness pt 4. See what I mean? WAY TO F***ING DELICATE!!!! >.<But as a standalone pic its not that bad. And it gave me a chance to play with my ball points again.

I do most of my basic character sketches in ballpoint, but all of the ones I color I do in india ink.

I find ball point works well both for color and black and white. India ink tends to urk me for two reasons: line quality is hard to variate and it has little depth.

M, yes. I have found that to be true for india ink. But, my style is very hard. If I want it to be softer, I generally use pencil. I only draw with ballpoint if I'm doing character sketches, since I hate using pencil in notebooks.

This is endearing, but I do see what you mean about delicate. It looks better as a standalone pic I think cuz it would totally offset the mood of the comic strip.
