I am SO bad at submitting things.Seriously I started this, like, last year (no joke) but never got it finished. It was supposed to be a birthday present for my dear *Valraevn ...then a Christmas present...Then I just caved and showed this to her when I DID finally finish it. xD So. AGH THIS IS NOT NEW ART. But I never posted it here which was always my intention so here it is now. AND IT WAS PHANTOM'S BIRTHDAY THE OTHER DAY SO PRETEND IT'S FOR THAT.
For those who don't know Phantom/Raven Wayne is Valraevn's OC, and the delightful ray of sunshine she is clinging onto is Red Hood/Jason Todd (c) DC and all that. ...This all makes perfect sense really. I'm not sure it does. I JUST NEEDED TO POST THIS. Now my 1am brain isn't functioning properly for me to add an eloquent description. So I think I should end this here.
...Phantom legit. has the best powers for Jason-clinging. Just sayin'.

Oh, I so know the feeling of having to up-date a profile that is incredibly outdated (at least, for my character it is. XD). It's a pain.
