It's not that hard. Mess around with a brush in different opacites (I don't know what it's called in the eng v. but you know.. there's a spread-thing in the brushes-panel), then use the motion blur (full effect), after that play around with free transform.
I guess that's the basic. You seem like a real pro, so you should understand what I mean. If not, I'm just as bad as usual at explaining things...

This is a tutorial that .im still mastering. Even I am not a pro. Im only 17. I have my style in place and technique. But I still have to come up with my own designs and things. COLLEGE.

You're going to college? At the age of 17..? I really like the stuff you're creating, it's great. I wish I could get my own style soon ^_^ But it's hard you know, to find the style that is _me_.

Thank you. It took me 4 years to come up with my style. I just have to master it and keep working on it. Practice makes perfect. I know how to use photoshop very well. Even im not a professional. Yes I am 17 but im in 11th grade. I only have a half of a year left next year and I'm done. But with college, idk. I want to go to a vocational school where they only teach me about design and manipulation. My style is very similar to grohsARTig. His and my style are nearly the same with similar ideas and designs some how. I don't know but I always know what his next project is. He never posts anything unless its his final image. So ya. The tutorial is very hard. I'm a beginner in illustrator. Im surprised someone finally likes my art. Thank you.

"Im surprised someone finally likes my art." You're telling me that you're not receiving compliments about your work? That can't be true. And finding your own style in only 4 years is really impressive. I've been working with Photoshop since I was like... 12-13, now I'm 19. I would probably be better at PS if I really worked with it everyday. But I'm one of those persons who just stops with the thing I like the most if I find someone who's waaaay better than me. Or something like that.... I dunno. Want to study graphic design someday too, but I don't know xD Like I said, why should I?
How are you and grohs related then? Actually, I thought of asking about you two ^^ I thought that you were brothers or something, since your logo is pretty much the same, you have the same typo-thing in the ID for an example... and YOU found me right after he commented on some work in my gallery ;D I'M SUCH A DETECTIVE, YEAH.
