i was actually so upset when he didnt go through with it in the book, this art is amazing though

The irony is that if Shrike had actually been able to follow through, the thing the guild of engineers would have built using Hester's corpse as raw materials probably wouldn't have wanted anything to do with him. It would see itself as a properly functioning stalker, lacking such time-induced malfunctions as a personality and emotions. Shrike would disgust it as defective and it would either leave outright or ignore him and join with the rest of Crome's forces in crushing the anti-tractionists.
Poor Shrike. He really didn't think that though.

I love Hester's scar... you're one of the few people on DA who've done it justice by drawing it was described in the book.

Stalkers FTW! Though I wouldn't want to meet one personally, at least not without a lightning gun or something like that handy.
