aww, it's pretty sweet though .. I always found dolphins hard to draw when I was a kid....I'd draw them and they always look stiff! like they float in the water stuck in the bent position.. this does NOT happen LOOOOL I feel you baby dolphin has a more flexible natural look than the adult one but absolutely lovely grey'ish but not REALLy grey shading! I also love the addition of the hazed over bubbles across the dolphins bodies.
And hey we all lose our creative streak, and are not sure what we're doing or even if we are any good or unique at what we do...

I've actually never thought of it like that? Maybe next time painting and ocean animal, and with that in mind, it can help me make them look more alive and natural!
Awww you're too sweet! Yeah I do have more artworks on instagram because some of them are smaller quicker "sketch" paintings that I feel are more appropriate for a platform like Instagram You can't see artworks when you're not a member?

yeah, I wonder if it's a case of trying not to "bend" the dolphin too much or shading (maybe more work in shading will relax the flex in the bend) and make it look more natural. Other animal anatomy has this too. where things look too rigid/stiff.

I am pretty anti-social media for the obvious reasons that we all face which is too much oversharing and other peoples dilemmas which feel more like attention seeking, and god knows what lol... but i do enjoy social media for the art outlet and businesses in general.. because they post things I am interested in, and things I would never have known or seen had they not brought it up. Instagram was also first more of a selfie, foodie, and filtered to hell place where people posted pictures thinking theyre crappy pictures are REAL photography lol... so i stayed so clear of that place for a longgg time.. but it seems lots of artists are definitely over there now! Crazy. I don't know what's causing the movement though...

This looks absolutely stunning, you always make the lines so crisp and clear without being too large or overpowering. The colours are beautiful too, please keep up your amazing work. I particularly like he inclusion of the darker blue splatters, they provide a great contrast to the dolphins.
