hey sorry no i dont I just use photoshop. but i am sure gimp could do it too, just look for halftone related stuff in the manual. good luck!

nice tutorial! very helpful.
if you use windows you can also use microsoft Paint to print on multiple pages. so you dont have to download a program for it.
