Description Blow up of a pose from the previous exercise. I thought it would be a breeze, that it would be about technique and playing with the tools to remember how to do things. But first the anatomy gave me trouble - we get used to seeing and drawing body parts from limited perspectives, so it's sometimes hard to turn a part in your mind to see it as prescribed by the pose.  And after I muddled through those issues, I started to see all the bugaboos, like tangents, and then the big compositional design flaws. The more carefully one looks for fault, the more and greater faults he sees.  Originally posted a color version that was so problematic I painstakingly painted it over in white to go back to black and white. It WAS good exercise - kept me busy all night.  It's just not the kind I thought it would be. LOL.
