I made this almost a year ago and only got around to posting it. Not very original, I know. I'm currently working with more traditional stuff and getting around to drawing portraits instead of the same forest thing. There is a lot I wish I could change but I don't care about it anymore. This is not a very good reflection of my current skills but I've gotten into a stage of reflective learning where I don't feel comfortable with posting more recent stuff. Mostly posting because people think that "pixel art isn't art" and "all you do is pixel art that's not real you still can't even draw" yeah okay.ΒI wouldn't bother faving unless you actually like it and not because I'm popular. Oh fuck. Also this was made in gimp because my school didn't allow any other painting programs.Β

I love your scenery art. I'm only good with portraits and have huge respect for this kind of art-- especially your pixel stuff (it takes a real artist to make something so small have understandable values and details).

I'm just now seeing this, but I really enjoy this piece Solar. I'm sure there's a lot you want to work on, but as somebody who likes earthy tones and nature pieces, as well as a touch of mystery... this piece has all of that. What is under the dirt? What has been left here only to now surface? I can't wait until you feel like you wish to show us more.

Wow, very good! The colors are natural and the lighting is nice. I think making the more focused pieces of the art should have cleaner and crisper edges. Although this is a year old I quite enjoy it. Overall, very nice!
