A steampunk eel. Originally a sketch for my painting class(going to make a traditional copy with watercolors), I decided to make a digital copy as well.Tried to make it concept-ish.
I'm also aware this thing would never function in the water.
Completing this was a huge struggle due to my art block. :I

Omfg, I had a dream about something like this a while ago. It was like a metal-fossil-eel thing that came out of the wall and chased me underwater. Scariest thing ever
Nevertheless, this is awesome. Love the style, and I think it would look awesome as a traditional watercolor/ink piece too!
Now...I gotta go back to counseling. Bad memories have resurfaced

Though, to be honest, I had to make major changes to him in my watercolor piece. I couldn't figure out how to do metal with watercolor before we had to start on it. xD
