Oops! I forgot to put that it's fimo polymer clay... And you may want to glaze the icing to make it more realistic (not that you really get cakes looking like this)A little tutorial to make some cute rainbow cake charms, Enjoy!

yes, it warms up pretty quickly so you can still do that... I didn't because I am impatient

Its fimo, a polymer clay. I just use a pasta machine to make it flat
