Idk what it is but it's something. People always asked me how I do backrgounds and I really don't think I can explain that well but I hope this little thing might be useful to someI use Paint tool sai and a wacom bamboo CTH-470

hmm you could try just blurring a picture out of which you like the overall color palette and pick the different colors from there or use a premade palette which you can find online,if you have problems with choosing colors
ewe idk if i have free time i can make a bg withing 5 days but longer if its more complex, getting better tho ewe

That's exactly what it basically is ewe But the picture is rlly just a huge scetch with different one colors until I use the water tools with which you can put the tones to to other ares of the drawing and with using additonal texture and brushes you can create nice effecttsss. it's really hard to find words for what exactly i do tbh :'D
