Personality: Note is very optimistic, almost to the point of blatantly ignoring the bad in anything. If there's even a 1% chance of success, Note puts all her faith in that 1%, each time without hesitation. She is overly friendly, and cannot resist getting to know new people. She likes to be surrounded by friends, as she's an extrovert of sorts. She's so friendly to the point of being a huge flirt. Seeing a male(or even a female!) fall for her gives her a huge confidence boost. Note is also ambitious and very determined to master what she's good at. She's torn between battling and singing, but whichever her calling turns out to be, Note wants to be the best. Her Keen Eye ability lets her see things that most people wouldn't. She can see far distances, and she picks up on tiny details that others wouldn't think to notice. She's very aware of her surroundings.

History: Note's mother was a skarmory pokecat. She raised Note around other regular pokemon, so they and her were never subjected to the hate and prejudice that would soon become common practice for cats, pokemon, and humans alike. Note was surrounded by friends, mainly due to her singing voice-- she could hypnotise with it. Then like a storm, sudden intense hatred toward anything pokecat swept through the area, and all of Note's friends turned against her and her mother. They attacked her mother, fatally wounding her. Note's mother gave her a sharp beak attached to a tiny metal chain, which had belonged to her. Note took it, and, as per her mother's request, set of for a land where pokecats could live in isolation, free from the hate and prejudice of the rest of the world.

RP example: Note flapped her wings harder, pushing against the gusty winds. In her paws, she held a thin metal chain, at the end of which a sharp beak was attached. The scene kept replaying in her head, but Note swallowed and tried to push it back. She knew if she let it get to her, it was the end. In the distance, through the fog, Note could see an island appear. Her sharp eyesight told her there were only pokecats here, and Note smiled. Finally, she could be safe. She slipped the chain around her neck, feeling the sharp beak resting on her chest fur. She pulled in her wings and dived, aiming for the soft sands of the beach that she could now see in greater detail than ever.
