Nice bold colors here. I also like how you've got the flower positioned in the composition--immediate eye catcher without taking away from the water in the image, or the droplets on its petals.

Firstly, I raised global saturation upon processing, but that isn’t enough. I was also using a prime lens, which generally gives more true colors - and the 100mm F/2.8 is a fine specimen of a prime at that. I also avoided direct light on the colored areas, save for the back of the flower, as bounced light is more kind to saturation since it’s more diffused and won’t blow out tones. Also, there was no direct light source near the lens, which would otherwise decrease contrast and saturation. The shallow depth of field allowed the background colors to be more smooth and homogenous. I used only bright colors to begin with, since no matter how much post-processing you do, you always have an advantage if the photo looks good right out of the camera.
