Weakness: Piko Hammer
Just my quick take on what Knuckles Man from the first Worlds Collide arc of Sonic/Megaman should have looked like. I made Knuckles Man a bit more Robot Master-like rather than him being Roboticized and having Megaman parts slapped on.
