EWN-004/Silver ManWeapon: Psycho Burst
Weakness: Chaos Cannon (Presumably)
Just my quick take on what Silver Man from the first Worlds Collide arc of Sonic/Megaman should have looked like. I made Silver Man a bit more Robot Master-like rather than him being Roboticized and having Megaman parts slapped on.
