Description For anyone who downloads the file:

Contents are: A full d'force file setup ready for use after unzipping and copy/pasting the contents appropriately.  Place the folder titled 'soup-sammich' into your Daz 'data' folder and the 'VisionDress' folder somewhere you'll remember for import into Daz.

Here are some of the basics:
1. This is just the dress.  It is d'force, but it's not perfect (it's free, after all).  I didn't notice any "explosion" issues with this one, but I didn't test it as much as the One Shoulder Dress.  Feel free to tweak as necessary...
--1.a. It's still just the dress.  You may need to do some tweaking to get the dress to drape right without poke through.  Or just fix poke through in post.
2. It only has the default texture that Marvelous Designer exports with the files.  You're on your own for the texturing...
4. The dress polygons are squares, so there are some minor "dimples" with some of the drapes.
5. The dress is fairly high poly, however, I've noticed that smoothing is required.  I've taken the liberty of setting that in the files, so you should be good to go.
6. I've also taken the liberty of setting the (for lack of a better word, and because I can't think of the actual Daz setting) "shrinkage" to 90% to better simulate the results of the full dynamic version I'll upload in a moment, tweak as needed.
7. This is a somewhat conforming item, but it's not very well done without the d'force simulation present.
8. This DOES require Daz version 4.10.  If you're still on 4.9 I cannot guarantee success.  I've heard it's possible, but I didn't try...
9. If you use the dress in a render, please credit me here! (optional, but I'd like to see what you do with it )

Disclaimer: This is a free file, so it may need some tweaking from both our ends.  If you run into issues not being able to open the files in Daz, let me know.  If it's something I can fix, I will fix it and re-upload.  I unfortunately do not have the time to walk you through the processes for tweaking the cloth drapes and settings.  For a basic dforce tutorial, check this out: fav.me/dbuis6x

Hope you enjoy the dress, and please let me see what you do with it!

Note: I'm fairly happy with the results, and may be doing a G2F and G8F version at a later date.  I'll post links here if I upload.  I also plan on releasing some of my other creations in the future as well, so look for those soon, too!   I'm up for requests on where to start with my current dynamic library, so if you see something I've tagged as "marvelousdesigner" ask and I'll try to get it configured and uploaded in the order I receive requests.

Hi... just wondering if the DL link has been removed. It's throwing an error. Lovely dress, though!

Not that I’m aware of... I can re-upload tonight to see if it fixes your issue, though.

Sorry it took me so long to respond, but the contents of the folders should be placed in the following paths:

'data' folder should go to (Your Drive Letter Here):\Users\Public\Documents\My Daz 3D Library\data

'People' folder should go to (Your Drive Letter Here):\Users\Public\Documents\My Daz 3D Library\People

Hope this helps!

Hurray!  No worries on the response time (or the upload time) I know how life has a habit of getting in the way of 3D rendering...

Saved for now...just now getting back into rendering some and don't have any G3 stuff to start with, but looks great

Hope it works well for you!  I didn’t notice as many issues with this one as I did with my One Shoulder Dress...  But this one has fewer polygons, and doesn’t have as many “weight mapped” areas to calculate...

I'd say it works very well. I tried a few poses and had no explosions lol. Here is a render I just finished a few minutes ago Click
